We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items under these guidelines.

30‑day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Footwear must be tried on indoors only.

How to return

Contact our customer service to request a return authorization and receive the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Photos may be requested.

Non‑returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, insoles, or items marked final sale. Gift cards are also non‑returnable.
